*Counseling and Psychological Services and the Women’s Center are teaming up to host three Mindfulness Workshops for students who participated in Take Back the Night and for survivors of sexual violence. Advocating for your rights is empowering and can also be stressful! You will have a space to relax, decompress, and practice mindfulness and self-care. You can attend one, two, or all three sessions. The content of each session will be different. Join us at the Women’s Center on Mondays, April 10, 17, and 24 from 5:15 to 6:15 pm.
