Free Meals

  • Free Hot Meal provided by the community of Good Works every Friday Night from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Good Works Property, 7857 Luhrig Road in Athens, Ohio. Dinner starts at 5:15 pm. There is additional “take-home” food provided after the meal.
  • Monday lunch soup kitchen provides a free weekly meal in our fellowship hall. Our meal includes a meat and vegetarian entrée, tossed salad, fresh fruit salad, desserts, and drinks. 12pm, Athens First United Methodist Church
  • The community of Good Works is hosting a free summer lunch program. We will go for seven weeks this summer from June 19-Aug. 3. 12pm The Plains United Methodist Church

    Hi. Is it too late to get something added for next week? If not, here is this:

    QuAK hang out at Donkey for LGBTQIA+ kids and their allies, ages 17 and under. (Parents/guardians are welcome too.) We will bring some games and art supplies. Text the Mama Duck at 740-517-7564 for more info. Look for the rainbow umbrella when you get there! (QuAK stands for Queer Ally Kids)
